The founder, owner, and president of Allstate Renovations, Chris Childers has decades of experience overseeing construction projects in several states. His background includes a position as project manager with Straticon in Richland, Michigan, where he worked for five years. Over this time, he consistently guided multiple concurrent projects from bidding to completion, in each case striving to ensure customer satisfaction.

Chris Childers came to Straticon after serving as a foreman with B & B Construction. Employed by this Overland Park, Kansas, company for 12 years, he provided on-site direction to contractors on various types of construction projects. He ascended to foreman after joining B & B as a general worker, a position in which he first began developing his skills in the profession.

Today, he brings his diverse construction experience to Allstate Renovations. Working from the greater Kansas City, Missouri, metropolitan area, Mr. Childers hires and oversees staff, interacts with new and existing clients, handles bidding and contracting, and attends to all other functions of a company focused on the management of renovation projects for multifamily housing. Under his leadership, Allstate has expanded outside of its home region to serve clients in Sacramento, California, and elsewhere in the country.
